Growing Roots: How a simple gesture of kindness makes the community.

Growing Roots: How a simple gesture of kindness makes the community.

One of the many reasons I love about living in Arcadia Valley area is not just for its natural beauty, but for the warmth of its people. As the Valley slowly changes with new faces it's easy to feel that new people are here just for the potential financial draw, but my experience has spoken volumes about the authentic community spirit we share. 🏡💖

Just last evening, a surprise awaited me at my soap shop. A note, accompanied by a worn recipe. This thoughtful gift came from Triston who created Ironton Bungalow on S. Knob Street. Amidst renovating an old Valley house, he stumbled upon this recipe. Rather than discarding it, he reflected on the history it might hold for Shanda, whose grandparents once called that house a home. That was a conversation over 2 years ago now and remembered!  While I have no idea if it's her grandmothers' or not, the point is Triston took the time to value the connection to family. 💌🍃

This is a call to nurture the bonds that make us a community by supporting local ventures—including those courageously started by our newest neighbors. Their investment is not just monetary, but a commitment to sustaining the Arcadia Valley's future for the gathering of friends and the growing of families. Good-hearted people keep the circle of kindness going strong. When we stand together, everyone thrives. 🌱💼

Remember, it's the spirit of our people that makes this place truly rich. #ShopLocal #ArcadiaValleyUnity #CommunitySpirit #NewNeighborsOldValues 🤗💚 Remember them when someone asks you if you know of a good place to stay because now you know a place that truly cares about family and connections.
