Shipping & Returns

We are happy to ship your order anywhere in the USA or have it waiting for you to pick up in our shop.

You have the option at check to select Postal Mail or customer pickup option.  If you select customer pickup, we will send a final email once your order is processed and you can pick up your package at anytime Thursday thru Saturday 11am to 7pm

Our favorite method of shipping is by USPS Priority Mail which offers us the best pricing for all locations in the United States.  At this time, we are not shipping internationally.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation.  Please allow me up to 4 business days to fill your order and then time for transit once the package is at the post office.  Once we do ship your order, you will receive a final email with a tracking number included.  Please feel free at anytime to contact us to check on the status of your order if you do not receive any of these emails!

Our packages come with $100 of free insurance included in the pricing.  If you would like to purchase extra insurance above that amount, please let us in the comment box while orders.

If for some horrible reason something happened to your order in transit, please let us know right away.  Depending on the problem, the postal service may require you to submit photographs or more information on your end.  Simply contact us and we will start to process, though the postal service has rarely ever damaged a package of ours.
